Copper Contemporary Gum Leaf Earrings E1231
Inspired by the gum leaves on my morning walks I designed these gorgeous unique leaf earrings in copper and sterling silver. The copper has been cut , filed ,sanded , textured and shaped. Little sterling silver balls were soldered on as well as the stem. finally they were cleaned and polished and finished with two coats of renaissance wax to protect the copper. The earring leaf measures approx. 34mm and the length of the earrings is approx. 66mm.
Each pair made to order is unique and slightly different in color to image due to the difficult process within heating the copper. You cannot control what color the copper changes to while heating.
